About The founder
Scott Lowe founded Splash of Color Construction over three decades ago with a commitment to delivering construction projects through professionalism, integrity, and exceptional client service.
Beginning his career in the trades, Scott learned from accomplished craftsmen whose dedication to quality continues to influence every project undertaken today. This practical field experience, combined with decades of construction management expertise, allows him to understand both the technical and operational demands of successful construction projects.
Scott earned his degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, providing a strong foundation in business management, financial oversight, project planning, and client relations. This combination of construction experience and business leadership enables him to effectively manage projects while maintaining budget discipline, schedule performance, and clear communication.
Throughout his career, Scott has developed lasting relationships with architects, engineers, designers, specialty contractors, suppliers, inspectors, and consultants. These professional partnerships allow Splash of Color Construction to assemble the right team for each project's unique requirements.
